JBoss Architect

Minimum experience of 8+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 5+ years JAVA/J2EE experience.

A complete understanding of administration and tuning, researching technical issues and new technology integration required.

Deep understanding of software processes, software integration, design patterns, object oriented programming

Experience with most J2EE technologies (EJB, JSP, Servlets, JMS, JCA, JTA, JMX)

In-depth knowledge of the J2EE platform

The candidate will be involved in all phases of development and must be a proven leader and provide technical training to project teams for new designs

The candidate should be fluent in all aspects of JAVA development and must have a proven track record in developing high quality, distributed and scalable application frameworks.

5 years experience on various application servers (like WebLogic, WebSphere etc.) with at least 1-2 years experience on JBoss.

Experience with JBoss versions 2.x through 4.x

Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to write and present technical specifications a must

Knowledge or exposure to open source tools (like Hibernate), multiple MVC Frameworks desirable

Involvement with large open source projects a plus

Exposure to AOP a plus.
