The Client is a diversified and entrepreneurial real estate investment management firm, which along with its affiliates has acted as lead equity investors in the purchase and development of over $2.5 billion worth of income producing real estate. In the beginning of 2003 the group’s portfolio included 9 million square feet of office space, 14000 apartment units, 2 million square feet of industrial and 1.5 million square feet of retail space.

As a marketing tool, the Client's existing Web site fell far short of its needs to service its target audiences – real estate investors and tenants or real estate brokers. In a competitive real estate market, the Client needed a presence that would differentiate it from the pack. It also needed online tools and resources to encourage business transactions with its investors and tenants.

Ability for brokers to view listings, sign confidentiality forms and view properties
Ability for Client administrators to add and maintain properties online including uploading of photos to create and publish news articles online
Ability for investors to view quarterly financial reports and newsletters online and to submit requests for information online
