Client Overview The Client is a diversified and entrepreneurial real estate investment management firm, which along with its affiliates has acted as lead equity investors in the purchase and development of over $2.5 billion worth of income producing real estate. In the beginning of 2003 the group’s portfolio included 9 million square feet of office space, 14000 apartment units, 2 million square feet of industrial and 1.5 million square feet of retail space.
