Badri Nittoor is the CEO and co-founder of Tripod Technologies, LLC. He is responsible for setting the company's vision and leading the company's growth in building technology based solutions and outsourced software services.

Mr. Nittoor has managed consulting practices delivering technology-based solutions to business problems for Fortune 1000 companies. Mr. Nittoor brings over sixteen years experience in various aspects of Information Technology including Software Development, Strategic Information Systems Assessment, Planning and Design, Information Security and Management of Information Infrastructures. He also has extensive experience in managing IT projects, teams and developing processes for the successful delivery of software development projects particularly in the banking, financial services and insurance industry segments.

Mr. Nittoor has an MBA in the Management of Technology from the Dupree College of Management at The Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.S. from The Ohio State University and a B.S. from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, India.

Bhargava ‘Bari’ Chittamuri, Chief Solutions Officer & Co-Founder

Bhargava (Bari) Chittamuri is the Chief Solutions Officer (CSO) and co-founder of Tripod Technologies, LLC.

He is responsible for designing and managing delivery of technology based solutions and outsourced software services.

Mr. Chittamuri leverages his deep experience in Product Design & Development, Solutions Architecture, Delivery Management, Systems Programming, Offshore Development Centers (ODC), and Quality Management, to deliver optimum technology solutions. Bhargava has more than 12 years of operational management experience in the IT industry.

Mr. Chittamuri is a subject matter expert on Insurance and has experience in solution design, development and implementation of software tools/platforms for the Insurance industry. The range of his customer engagements spans reputed large organizations such as Arch Insurance, Quanta Insurance, Ace Insurance, Kemper Insurance, and AdminServer (Oracle).

Mr. Chittamuri has an MS in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University, India.

Randhir Raj Naram, V.P. India Operations

Mr. Randhir Naram is the Vice President and Head of Indian Operations. He has been instrumental in building up the captive offshore development center and is responsible for the offshore delivery services across the technology platforms.

Mr. Naram has over sixteen years of experience, of which, he spent last six years in managing offshore operations covering a team size close to 500 people. He started his career by building custom applications in CRM and provided consulting and project management services in software development, database design and maintenance services through global consulting companies. He helped build a good core team and nurture the delivery capability of the offshore center and then expand to specialized centers of excellence helped in growth of the company. His role in process definition, compliance and metrics based management helped in achieving the planned growth in offshore services.

Mr. Naram has a BE from Osmania University (India), MS from Florida International University and PGCBM (General Management) from XLRI (India).
